Frequently Asked Questions
Recipes aren’t generated / it’s stuck on “Generating recipes…”
Please check your network connection. The App requires an internet connection to generate recipes. After confirming that airplane mode is off and Wi-Fi is connected, tap the “Retry” button at the bottom of the screen. If that doesn’t resolve it, try restarting the App.
I don’t like the suggested recipes
Use the “Generate others” button on the candidates screen to regenerate three different options. You can also steer the suggestions by selecting a mood (light / hearty / quick / healthy / comforting) or a cuisine (Japanese / Western / Chinese / Italian / Asian).
I want to change ingredient amounts
On the recipe detail screen, use the “Servings” button to increase or decrease the number of servings, and all ingredient amounts scale automatically. You can also tap an individual ingredient’s amount to edit it directly.
Where can I find my saved recipes?
From “Saved recipes” at the top right of the home screen, you can view a list of the recipes you have saved.
Do I need to create an account?
No registration is required. We do not ask for personal information such as your name or email address. Saved recipes are stored anonymously, tied to your device.
Are the AI-suggested recipes accurate?
Recipes are generated automatically by AI, so cooking times, heat levels, and amounts may contain errors. When actually cooking, please judge safety and balance of flavors yourself. Please also check allergen ingredients yourself.
Reporting a Bug
If you encounter a crash or malfunction, including the following information helps us respond quickly:
- Your device (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro / iOS 18.2)
- The app version (you can check it under Settings → General → iPhone Storage)
- The symptom and what you were doing just before it occurred
- A screenshot, if possible
